Dr. Aman SayedManaging Director of India, Regional Director of South Asia Alltech
Aman Sayed joined Alltech in July 2005 and currently serves in the capacity of managing director of India and regional director of South Asia. He has overseen the growth of the Alltech India and South Asia businesses to its present size and staffing, with business in multiple species, including poultry, dairy and aquaculture.
After receiving a veterinary degree, Sayed received a master's degree in poultry science from Bombay Veterinary College in 2000 and was honored with a gold medal for his academic excellence in both the graduate and postgraduate programs. He later pursued a management course and completed an advanced business studies program.
Prior to joining Alltech, Sayed served in domestic and international markets, including in the Middle East in technical, marketing and management positions.
Sayed works to ensure Alltech is fully engaged with the evolving needs of the local animal industry and remains well-positioned and proactive within the rapidly growing Indian and South Asia regions, which is considered to be Alltech’s fastest-growing market. His work has allowed him to maintain his interest in improving the status and education of the farming community. He travels widely throughout India and other South Asian countries.
