Alltech has been closely monitoring the COVID-19 outbreak, with particular consideration for ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference (ONE), scheduled for May 17–19, 2020, in Lexington, Kentucky.

Our first priority remains the health and safety of attendees, our colleagues and the communities in which we live and work. With that in mind, we have decided to transition this year’s international conference to a virtual event, allowing registrants from around the world to engage in industry-leading content in a way that is accessible for everyone.

The Alltech ONE Virtual Experience offers insights from experts from agriculture and beyond through on-demand video content.

The topics up for discussion reflect the extraordinary opportunity for our industry to adopt new ideas for producing enough safe, nutritious food for all while preserving our planet.

Keynote speakers will share their insights on innovation, economics, consumers and the future of food production.

On-demand focus sessions will feature industry experts presenting on topics related to agribusiness, aquaculture, beef, crop science, dairy, pig, poultry and sustainable agriculture.

Throughout the week of May 18, keynote presentations will be released as on-demand videos each day at designated times, beginning at 9 a.m. EST.

Live Q&A chats with select speakers have designated times at 1 p.m. EST and 3 p.m. EST throughout the week of May 18.

Registrants are encouraged to watch the keynote presentations, panel discussions, and live Q&A chats at their designated times.

All focus sessions will be available on-demand on Monday, May 18. Registrants can watch any of the on-demand sessions whenever they choose.

All on-demand focus sessions will be captioned for Spanish and Portuguese.

Translated versions of the on-demand keynote and special presentations will be made available in Spanish and Portuguese.

Additional languages will be added at a later date.

The Alltech ONE Virtual Experience is hosted on a separate website, which is only accessible to registrants.

Registrants will receive an email with their unique PIN number and login information for the virtual site on Sunday, May 17, at 12 p.m. EST.

Registrants may access the site on Sunday, but content will not be available until Monday. On-demand focus session videos can be viewed beginning at 7 a.m. EST, and opening keynote remarks begin at 9 a.m. EST.

If you lost your PIN number, you can still visit the virtual experience website through the link provided and click the blue button that reads “Forgot PIN?” You will be provided with a new PIN for access.

Yes! Your registration grants you 24/7 access to all keynote presentations and focus session videos until May 2021. Plus, new, exclusive content will be added monthly.

The Alltech ONE Virtual Experience is eligible for continuing education units (CEUs) from the American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists (ARPAS). ARPAS members can download a form in the Alltech ONE Virtual Experience platform and follow the instructions to claim CEUs. Please contact arpas@assochq.org with any questions.

If you already registered for ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference in Lexington, Kentucky, there are several options available, including transferring your paid registration to the Alltech ONE Virtual Experience and receiving a special rate for ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference in 2021, or receiving a full refund. No, there is no deadline to select your preference for converting registration.

Many airlines are offering refunds based on booking dates. You are encouraged to check with the airline directly to learn more about refund options.

Yes! The live, in-person ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference experience returns to Lexington, Kentucky, on May 23–25, 2021.

If you booked your hotel reservations through the ONE registration website (Alltech housing portal), our events team will automatically cancel the reservation on your behalf. If you made reservations directly with a hotel, please contact the hotel to cancel.
