WHEN AND WHERE IS ONE: THE ALLTECH IDEAS CONFERENCE?
ONE: The Alltech Ideas Conference 2018 (ONE18) will be held Sunday, May 20 through Tuesday, May 22.

HOW CAN I REGISTER?
Please visit here for all registration information. Payment is due at time of registration by credit card, and the deadline for full refunds is April 20, 2018.
Up to April 18: 100% refund
April 19–May 4: 50% refund
May 5–May 20: No refund
HOW DO I RESERVE A HOTEL ROOM?
All hotel reservations should be made directly through your ONE registration. Once online registration is completed, you will have the option to click the “Book Hotel” button. This will direct you to a separate housing portal where hotel rooms can be booked. Select the correct dates of your requested stay, number of guests, desired hotel and room specifics. Finalize your reservation by entering the payment method.

ARE MEALS INCLUDED WITH MY REGISTRATION?
Your Total ONE Access pass includes the International Reception and Dinner on Sunday, May 20 and Kentucky Night on Monday, May 21.
ONE Table Talk dinners are optional in registration at an additional price. Spaces are limited.
WILL TRANSPORTATION BE PROVIDED?
Alltech provides a shuttle service from ONE hotels to all ONE venues and functions. This includes daily transportation to the Lexington Convention Center and transportation to Kentucky Night, which occurs at the Kentucky Horse Park. Attendees will need to arrange their own transportation to and from the airport, as shuttles are not provided.
Alltech has partnered with Lyft for ONE18 from Saturday, May 19, through Tuesday, May 22. Use the promo code ONE18 for 15% off two rides.
HOW CAN I SUBMIT A VISA REQUEST?
Visa requests should be submitted while registering for ONE. Upon registering, you will be directed to a “Visa Request” page. Click “Yes, and I have all the information needed to submit my request now.” The form will appear and can be completed.

IS THERE AN APP FOR ONE18?

IS ONE: THE ALLTECH IDEAS CONFERENCE APPROVED FOR CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDIT UNITS (CEUs)?
Yes, ONE18 has been approved for 16 CEUs by ARPAS (The American Registry of Professional Animal Scientists). Log into their site to see the listing: https://www.arpas.org/Membership/CEUs/Report-CEUs.
ONE18 is registered with the Kentucky Department of Education as a program available for professional development credit hours. The principal of a school determines how many hours the teacher may receive. Teachers can click HERE to provide feedback.
ONE18 is approved by the Commonwealth of Kentucky Department of Agriculture Division of Environmental Services for Persticide License Points (3 general, 1 specific). Those eligible must complete a brief sign in sheet on-site at the crop science ession or at the information desk.
ONE18 has also been approved by the AAVSB RACE to offer a total of 23.00 CE Credits (23.00 max) being available to any one veterinarian: and/or 23.00 Veterinary Technician CE Credits (23.00 max).
This RACE approval is for the subject matter categories of:
Category One: Scientific
Category Two: Non-Scientific-Clinical
Category Three: Non-Scientific-Practice Management/Professional Development using the delivery method of Seminar/Lecture.
This approval is valid in jurisdictions which recognize AAVSB RACE; however, participants are responsible for ascertaining each board's CE requirements. RACE does not "accredit" or "endorse" or "certify" any program or person, nor does RACE approval validate the content of the program.

ARE TOURS AVAILABLE?
Alltech Facility Tours and Kentucky Sightseeing Tours will occur on Sunday, May 20. You must sign up for tours through your ONE registration, as there is limited capacity. Visit one.alltech.com/activities for more detailed information on all ONE tours.
HOW SHOULD I DRESS FOR ONE?
For all ONE sessions and the International Dinner, the dress code is business professional. Business casual is appropriate for other events during ONE. For dress codes at specific functions, please refer to the list below:
Alltech Craft Brews & Food Fest: Casual, including jeans.
ONE Fun Run: Running attire.
International Dinner: For gentlemen, business suit requested. Coat and tie acceptable. For ladies, business dress or suit.
Kentucky Night: Casual, including jeans. ‘60s or country attire, or a combination thereof, is appropriate.
ONE Great Bite Dining Night: Depends on which restaurant you will attend.
ONE Table Talks: Business casual.
Food Evolution Movie Showing: Casual, including jeans.
