Orangetheory Fitness is a 60-minute total body workout in a reservation-based fitness studio. We cater to all fitness levels.
You can make the workout as hard (or easy) as you like. Everyone wears a heart rate monitor, and your heart rate is transmitted to large screens as we train in five zones led by a certified fitness coach. Each member receives a performance summary after each class.
The 60- minute sessions are a blend of cardio and weights. Each workout is developed by a team of kinesiologists/exercise physiologists, and every day is different, so you never plateau or get bored.
