Winnie Jia received a bachelor’s degree in law from Peking University. Upon graduating, she worked in management at CK Asset Holding Limited, Nokia, Metlife and several Fortune 500 companies across various industries. In these roles, she was responsible for coordinating significant business development projects and negotiations.
Jia joined Alltech in 2011 as an executive assistant, working with the company’s top management on a daily basis. She has also served in the Alltech’s customer service division and in several administrative roles, supporting various teams with the goal of overall business growth. Jia collaborates with the top key integrators in China on relationship-building and maintenance, utilizing her knowledge and expertise as an accelerator for the expansion of the business.
Thanks to her years of experience in various diverse industries and her decade of service to Alltech, Jia is skilled in relationship maintenance and support for key customers, as well as international resource integration, training system construction and promotion, and administrative management. She speaks proficient Mandarin and English and is an advanced speaker of Japanese.
