Bobo previously served as the chief communications officer and senior vice president for global policy and government affairs at Intrexon Corporation. He worked at the U.S. Department of State for 13 years as a senior advisor on global food policy. He also previously served as an attorney at Crowell & Moring LLP.
Bobo received bachelor's degrees in biology, psychology and chemistry, a master's degree in environmental science and a doctoral degree in jurisprudence from Indiana University.

As a registered dietitian nutritionist and the director of human nutrition initiatives at Alltech, Nikki Putnam Badding helps farmers and producers apply the lens of human nutrition to agricultural practices for the improved nutrition of plants, animals and consumers. Putnam Badding is also the managing director of Acutia, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Alltech that offers sustainable human health and wellness supplements.
Prior to joining Alltech, Putnam Badding served as a dietitian, nutrition expert and spokesperson for Hy-Vee supermarkets. She has also conducted research at the University of Kentucky examining the food environment as a determinant for obesity and community-based behavioral interventions, with a focus on chronic disease prevention.
Putnam Badding received a bachelor’s degree and completed her dietetic internship at Iowa State University and received a master’s degree in nutritional science from the University of Kentucky. She is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics and is an executive committee member of its practice group, Dietitians in Business and Communications.
