Amy Bell-Elmohammed is a regional quality manager at Alltech. In this role, she is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured and sold within mainland China, Taiwan and Mongolia meet or exceed customer expectations of biotechnology, quality, safety and service while respecting all regulatory requirements for food and feed. Most recently, she was named Alltech’s global African Swine Fever biosecurity champion and is a member of Alltech’s COVID-19 task force.
Prior to joining Alltech, Bell-Elmohammed maintained the quality management system for an FDA-registered manufacturer of QC microorganisms for quality control testing.
Bell-Elmohammed received a degree in biochemistry from Eastern Kentucky University and is a certified auditor of ISO, FAMI-QS and HACCP quality management systems.

Damien McLoughlin is the Anthony C. Cunningham Professor of Marketing at the University College Dublin (UCD) Michael Smurfit Graduate Business School in Ireland. He previously served as a visiting faculty member at the S.C. Johnson Graduate School of Management at Cornell University, the Indian School of Business, Purdue University and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD).
Between 2011 and 2014, McLoughlin was a faculty member for the Harvard Business School's agribusiness seminar, and he continues to contribute to this program as a researcher. Some of his recent contributions include C-suite case studies of Tyson Foods (2019) and Bayer Crop Science (2020). Since 2014, he has been a visiting professor at the Stern School of Business at New York University.
McLoughlin has published two books and more than 70 papers on strategy and marketing issues. He has also written more than 25 case studies, mainly relating to leadership and strategy issues in the food and agribusiness supply chain, covering all geographies and major sectors. He has consulted and led executive programs in Europe, North America, Asia, Australasia and Africa. He has also collaborated with some of the worlds’ leading organizations, including Alltech, the Agricultural Bank of China, Allianz, Bobst, Bord Bia (the Irish Food Board), Bunge, Charoen Pokphand Group (CP), Dairygold, Dawn Farm, DeLaval, Dogpatch Labs, EY, Eversheds, FAO, Google, Hewlett-Packard, ICON, Kerry Group, Microsoft, New Zealand Beef & Lamb, Normet, OSI (Europe), Rabobank, Ridley, Ryanair, Smurfit Kappa Group and Zespri.
An experienced board member, McLoughlin has served as a director and consultant for several public and private-sector organizations. In 2017, the Irish minister for agriculture, food and the marine appointed McLoughlin to the board of Bord Iascaigh Mhara, the body responsible for innovation in the Irish fish industry, for his second three-year term.

José Luiz Tejon is a journalist and publicist and the author and co-author of 34 books. Named one of the "100 personalities of agribusiness" by Isto É Dinheiro magazine, he is the president of Tejon Communication & Action International Ltda. and also serves as the director of a bio-marketing agency.
Tejon is the academic coordinator for the master's program of science in food and agri-business management at Audencia Business School in Nantes, France. He has been honored for his skills as a lecturer, receiving an Olmix Award for Best Keynote Speaker and the Top of Mind Estadão RH Award. In 2017, Massey Ferguson included him among the "highlights of Brazilian agro-journalism."
Tejon received a master's degree in education, art, history and culture from Mackenzie University and a doctoral degree in education from Universidad de La Empresa in Uruguay. He has also completed specializations at Harvard, MIT and INSEAD.

Saik, an outspoken champion of agriculture, is a serial entrepreneur who has been hailed as an agriculture futurist with unparalleled insight into the future of the industry. He has leveraged these strengths to found more than 15 companies focused on farming, agri-retail, distribution, media and ag-tech, including The Agri-Trend/Agri-Data Group of Companies, which was acquired by Trimble.
Saik currently serves as the CEO of DOT Technology Corp. He is also the founder of AGvisorPRO, a platform that "Uber-izes" knowledge and wisdom, enabling farmers to instantaneously connect with agricultural experts worldwide. Saik is the executive producer of Know Ideas Media, a science-based multimedia company that addresses issues like GMOs and their use in food production.
Saik was recognized as the Provincial Distinguished Agrologist of the Year by the Alberta Institute of Agrologists and was named Canadian Agri-Marketer of the Year by the Canadian Agri-Marketing Association in 2016. He is the author of “The Agriculture Manifesto: Ten Key Drivers That Will Shape Agriculture in the Next Decade” and “FOOD 5.0: How We Feed the Future,” a pragmatic look at the five iterations of agriculture that culminates with an examination of how technology convergence is reshaping the farm and the consumer. Both of these books have been named among the "Best of Amazon."
Saik serves on the boards of several institutions and is an adviser to Olds College. He is a member of the Alberta Tech Entrepreneur Network (A100) and Abundance 360 and is a student of Strategic Coach Inc. and Singularity University. As a partner in Perigro Venture Partners, Saik participates in early-stage technology investments.
