Yes, the Alltech ONE Conference will return in-person to Lexington, Kentucky, on May 22–24, 2022.
We will offer a virtual option which will include access live-streamed keynote presentations, on-demand track session presentations and downloadable audio versions of events so you can listen on-the-go.

Refund requests due to COVID-19 and other situations will be approved on a case-by-case basis. Please email events@alltech.com to request a refund.
Discounted registration options will be available to the academic community for both Premium (In-Person + Virtual) and Virtual Only registrants. A university or school email address will be required for academic registrants to receive the discounted rate.
If an academic attendee wishes to register as Virtual Only, enter promo code ACVO2022 while registering. Then select the Academic (Virtual Only) registration option.

Yes. With the Virtual Only registration option, you will receive access to live-streamed keynote presentations, on-demand track session presentations and downloadable audio versions of these events so you can listen on-the-go.
- If you need a supporting document for a U.S. travel visa, please fill out the Alltech ONE Conference Visa Request Form.
- After the Visa Request Form is submitted, the supporting document will be shared in five to seven business days. If any additional information is required, the turnaround time will be modified.

We are now accepting hotel reservations for the Alltech ONE Conference. Through this website, you can book, modify, or cancel your hotel reservations at any time. Please select your guest type or enter your access code.

Lunches are not included in conference registration. There will be lunch available for purchase at food stations in the Central Bank Center on Monday and Tuesday. Gluten-free and vegetarian options will be available. Note: This is a cashless facility, so only credit or debit cards will be accepted.
The Welcome to Kentucky Celebration dinner at Rupp Arena on Sunday, May 22, and the International Night dinner at Keeneland on Monday, May 23, are included with Premium registrations. Please ensure that you select the dinners you plan to attend as you complete your registration.
The International Society of Neurogastronomy (ISN) Experiential Dinner on Tuesday, May 24, has an additional fee and a limited capacity. Go to https://one.alltech.com/additional-conference-activities/ to register and to learn more.

You must be a registered ONE attendee to attend additional conference activities. Some items will have an additional cost.

Yes, you can obtain CEUs while at ONE for specific topics. To see the full list of approved topics, go to https://www.arpas.org/Membership/CEUs/Report-CEUs and search “Alltech ONE”.
Yes, we will offer simultaneous interpretation for attendees in select languages. In-person attendees will need to bring their own mobile device and earbuds or headphones in order to access and listen to the interpretation.
What languages are going to be available for simultaneous interpretation?
For in-person attendees, simultaneous interpretation will be available in Spanish and Portuguese only. This will be available for all live keynote presentations and for the following Tracks:
Business, Dairy, and Poultry in Spanish
Beef Business, Dairy, and Poultry and Portuguese
For attendees joining virtually, the live keynote presentations will also be available for simultaneous interpretation in Spanish and Portuguese.
Will simultaneous interpretation be available for the virtual, on-demand tracks?
No. However, select on-demand presentations will have subtitles in Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese and Mandarin.
What platform are you using for Simultaneous Interpretation? And how do I access it?
We are using a remote service provided by Interprefy. Attendees will need to utilize their own device (phone, tablet, computer) to download the free Interprefy app and to provide their own listening device (headphone, earphones).

- For those traveling internationally, please note the travel policies as set forth by the CDC.
• Masks are optional at ONE and will be available at the Information Booth, located in the lobby of the Central Bank Center.
• Monitor your health daily. Please reference the CDC symptoms guide here.
• Travelers in need of testing may obtain a rapid or PCR test (24-hour results) at the Central Bank Center, May 21-25. Please book your appointment here.
If you begin feeling ill:
- Please do not attend ONE events. For those travelling from out of town, please quarantine in your hotel room. We encourage you to take part in the Alltech ONE Conference virtually at https://one.alltech.com and via the Alltech ONE app. For guidance on length of quarantine or isolation, please see the CDC recommendations.
• We highly recommend getting a COVID test. Rapid or PCR tests (24-hour results) are available at the Central Bank Center, May 21-25. Please book your appointment here.
